I'm Larissa, a licensed Realtor with Royal LePage Signature Realty. I help people buy and sell in downtown Toronto and love to help first time homebuyers get into the market!
My real estate journey began in 2012 while working at pre-construction sites throughout university. After a brief stint in the corporate world, I returned to the residential re-sale market in 2018. I take pride in educating my clients, providing support, and working with other agents to get the deal done! I believe in the power of positive client and realtor relationships, and I won't stop until you're satisfied!
Before I got into real estate, I studied at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) obtaining a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Professional Communications. I absolutely loved my time in university, and took a variety of courses with an emphasis on communication and sociology.
In my personal life, I spend a lot of time with my Mexican rescue dog named Arya, exploring the Toronto waterfront and Fort York park. I also volunteer and foster with her rescue organization, helping to re-home dogs in Ontario. I've had 10 fosters in the last 2 years that have successfully found homes! When I'm not with Arya, you'll find me at F45 in Liberty Village, or grabbing a bite in the fabulous restaurants on Ossington St. I am also a new aunt, and love my nephew to pieces!
