Are you feeling frustrated by the lack of nice homes for sale right now? Well, that’s because inventory is at an all time low 😅

Due to rising interest rates and economic uncertainty, most sellers have decided to hold off on listing their properties, leaving buyers disappointed and empty handed! This means buyers have fewer options to choose from, and the well staged, well priced and well marketed options are selling quickly!

Here are my tips for buyers shopping in this market:

1) Use your imagination to see future potential in homes that may not be staged or marketed correctly

2) Act quickly when you see a property you like, and consider putting in an offer closer to market value if it is new to the market as opposed to low-balling and running the risk of other offers coming to the table

3) Focus on condos if you can, as you’ll have the largest number of options to choose from among this property type
