Hear me out 👇🏼
When a foster arrives, there is a learning curve - everything is new, and they absorb a lot of new information. When you start your buying journey, you will learn a lot too! 💡
As the days and weeks go by, I start to uncover what is important to them - do they love dogs, toys, a cozy bed, the outdoors? As we look at properties, you will also learn what is important in your home search too - a yard, property type, location, number of bedrooms? 🤔
When applications come in to adopt the dog, some are GREAT, and others are not the right fit for one reason or another. This is true for buyers too - you don't always get the first place you like.
In the end, all my fosters get adopted and live happily ever after!! This can be you too, at least for a few years.. until you'll call me to upgrade! 😉
