For the first time since May 2022, the average sale price exceeds the average list price, indicating more activity which is being felt in day to day activity.


Inventory for Buyers

Inventory is also low at approximately one and a half months throughout the GTA, keeping prices steady, and motivating sellers to come to the market šŸ¤žšŸ¼


It is predicted that demand for home ownership will continue to build as the high cost of renting comes closer in line with the cost of ownership. In fact, a report by BNN Bloomberg suggests that 62% of people who put their home search on hold, plan to resume šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø


This, in addition to a strong desire for ownership, and record setting immigration numbers last year, will contribute to a strong rebound despite a higher interest rate environment.
