The market is much more balanced than earlier in the year. 3) You can use conditions in your offer - Today, sellers are more willing to accept conditions like status review and financing, reducing potential risk. In this case, my clients were knowledgeable and took advantage of these market conditions, allowing them to purchase a wonderful property at a great price. Interest rates increasing may not be as bad as you think. With room to negotiate, some buyers will end up with similar monthly carrying costs than if they purchased earlier in the year with lower rates but higher sale prices.
